Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spans an impressive 4,200 square meters and is located in Huzhou, China. Equipped with over 50 sets of sewing machines, Our current pillow sewing capacity reaches 3000 units per day, with the flexibility to scale up to 5000 units per day using our existing resources and equipment.

Additionally, our foam production department is based in Tianzihu Industrial Park, Zhejiang, China, encompasses a sprawling area of 12,000 square meters. With four molded foam production lines, we have the capability to produce up to 4,500 pieces per day. Furthermore, our bulk foam production line enables us to manufacture an impressive 1,200 cubic meters of foam per day.
